chub S-plus

Hey Guys.
After fishing with shimano aliveros for about 2 years they have fallen apart with eyes breaking etc. I'm looking for a set of good new rods. I have been looking at the Chub S-plus and liked the feel. Does any one have any good or bad experience with these rods and what is a good price. Lastly are there any other rods I should look at under R800 each.

Hi Stuart. If you want A rod that can catch A world record carp without breaking the bank completely then it is difficult to beat chub when it comes to value for
money. Even the richest most dedicated anglers will tell you that you wont make A mistake with the chubs. If thats the price range your looking at go for it. If you are not satisfied youl be the first that I know of.

hey man chubb is not a well sticked rod here in SA, i think i've only seen them at mia's? best to phone around and get prices from other shops.

also are u looking for specimen rods or conventional rods?
