Funny thing is the simpler designs look the most effective to me. The plain fish scale pattern for clear water and the streaky "red head" for darker water.

I am a huge fan of the humble spoon but my favourite designs for leervis are plain chrome and plain brass.

i think the white and red one that looks like the bottom of a surfboard could work. the flame design is a bit extreme but a white and red lure is always a good idea...
