Central Gauteng Shore Angling Association is hosting an open/family day for all Angling enthuists. The purpose of this open day is to make anglers more aware of the sport and to introduce them to competitive angling.
Date: Sunday, 12 October 2008
Time: 9am to 4pm
Venue: Homestead Dam, Next to N12 highway.
We hoping to have Hennie Papenfuss answer all your technical questions (if he is available), Casting experts to demonstrate and help with casting, Bait demonstrations, knot and trace making, water readings, etc.
Rods and reels will be available to cast with, but if you prefer you welcome to bring along your own. Boerewors rolls and drinks will be on sale.
NB: This is a family event so bring along your familes and come picnic with us.
