You could try making one. I made one from resistance bands from sportsmans warehouse (about R100) and used thick blue pvc pipe for a frame.
Cool thing about these bands is that they come in about 3 or 4 different thicknesses/ resistances so you can make some mad weapons if you really want to. Ive found the 30lb bands work best for heavy ammo like 1oz lead or ball bearings.
Simply trace your pattern onto the pvc and drill a bunch of holes along your outline. Then you push the frame out, drill a hole in each fork and jam a 6mm bolt into it. Then you just wet the bolts so the latex can grip, and slide it on. You can put cable-ties around the tubes to make a more secure attachment.
Shot quite a few 1oz through coffee tins & thick plywood, and marbles fly pretty far and hard too. Will try post a pic after work.
