Can anyone identify this lure?

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can identify this little spoon/ jig. I found it in the bricks down on the bluff. It's very light, probably about half ounce. Tried to get the crusty bits off and shine a bit but it seems to just scratch it. It's fairly symmetrical and it's weight is mostly at the middle so I guess it has a bit of a fluttering action on the drop. I'm going remove the treble and add a single and see if it catches anything. Curious to see if anyone knows about this

Its one of the anchovy mimic spoons, I have a few. Tacklewhore on here has the mould, maybe cast in lead/tin mixture? It's not a seriola/abu lukas shape..

It's very very light. I compared it with various others I have and its about the same weight as the 5g kingfisher anchovy jig. Also very soft. Scratches for just about no reason
