Hi Proto,
I have driven there with the thought of a dive, but it was dirty when I got there. It has some rocks on the beach, with some quite thick pieces of kelp that I could see. My guess is that you will be able to partol the edges of the kelp, and see what the reef looks like. Just be careful poking your nose far offshore as this is just inside the Agulhas pinnacles, and a chip & putt from Die Dam, which are both notorious for great frights.
In that area, though, you could expect Cracker, Steenbras & Kob as the better fish, with possiblities of a few others, besides galjoen & hotties. I have dived some other areas on that coast and found cracker & steenbras fairly regularly in specific spots (which are now no longer diveable due to the Perlie policing issues and pursuant dive bans

)
Cheers,
Tony
