Boat superstructure mods

So I own a kencraft cabin river boat. when i take it out on the river, I find it quite annoying with a small deck space at the stern and a cabin that is really impractical. What I want to do is to take the cabin off and make what used to be the inside of the cabin into extra seating and fishing space!

What I want to know is what will I need to consider before I do this. Besides good workmanship.

i will sell it and just buy a open river boat. You will have some change as well.

HI,

I converted a Baronette white waters from cabin to center console and surprisingly it was not that difficult.
