Battle Box Stand

I have a old type of battlebox stand, and want to upgrade to either a tripod type or a A Frame.

Which one do you prefer and why?

Tripod, its adjustable and looks more presentable.
How does your old one look like?

Stand on the sides wooden box top and bottom.

I'm using the pro Tripod stand from G2Direct and it works for me. Tripod stands works better on uneven survises. My wife uses a A-frame and it works for her.

Tripods takes longer to assemble than A-Frames.

Go to a tackle shop and look at all the stands available and choose one that fits your profile  and pocket.

However i do use the tripod and it takes longer assemble but works well anywhere, including if you have to fish in the water.
