AVET MXL - "MAG-IT" MAGNETIC CAST CONTROL SYSTEM

[Cuban Cigar]

The son of an Eastern Cape Avet fanatic, contacted me recently and before long, tbe first sample from his collection, was on my bench, for the MAG-IT prototype, to be made up.

Here is that beautiful view from the side !

[Cuban Cigar]

Somehow missed the target, but here it is (I hope!).

[Cuban Cigar]

Absolute beaute of a little reel and really well built.

[Cuban Cigar]

No matter which way you look at it ...

[Cuban Cigar]

Nice compact frame, beautifully machined !

[Cuban Cigar]

Tricky to work inside that compact little frame with fat fingers !

[Cuban Cigar]

Tiny magnets used, as space between spool and frame, is rather limited !

[Cuban Cigar]

Six little ones on the plate, allows a full range of adjustability, with small increments for finetuning.

Lubed up and ready to go fish !

[grootvis]

Very nice and neatly done, good work once again!
