For Cob and Shad, you could try the Otta (the piece of beach on the other side of the Arniston cave). They should still be around if the south easter is blowing for a couple of days. Bait = pilchard and chokka mix. If you are prepared to walk, you could try the stretch of beach past the beacon. If noth west is blowing, try bloodworm for some nice Steenbras. For Musselcracker you could try the reefs at the beacon by using crab or "siffie", although it is illegal nowadays. Just be carefull of the water there.
