Got myself a Exage 1468 and a torium 20. Firslty i have never caught a fish ever. First night in struisbaai, used a 5/0 hook and some chokka targeting cob. With in minutes i saw my reel spinning line being taken had no clue what was going on, some guys of paarl angling club was there at the time...

i think its shimano, its a hmg rod 4-6oz. does anyone have one what do you guys think of the rod? its priced at R1200.
