Does anyone know which areas in the Western Cape jetski fishing is permitted?

I wonder if someone can shed some light on this... We have a holiday house at Cape Infanta on the Breede river. I know Jet skis are not permitted on the the river but are we allowed to launch them at the sea side slip and head offshore to fish with out Jet skis?
