need info on bleeding steel wire

To my knowledge its just normal steel wire - with red nylon coating. It costs a bit more than normal carbon coated wire, and apparently looks like blood in the water. The red also disappears quicker than other colors as you go deeper.

Supposed to be easy to tie with hardly any kinking. Available up to about 200lb if i remember correct.

comes in 60/90/130 and 210lb does tie easier and kinks Les then normal wire, i have been using it for years and will never go back to carbon coated, as for the color i don't think it makes much difference?

What sort of lengths does it come in Whaler, and are there any preferred knots to use with this wire?

comes in 10 meter rolls, slightly more expensive then the other brands but worth while in my book, use any knot you have confidence in, the company that makes it is called AFW (american fishing wire)
