Greetings I still use my Penn 500 Jigmaster/ Penn 505HS and Penn Mag Power990 for Shad and small ed's. I like them as I can service them myself. I use them on my old 1 piece rods. They can still rough it. I have gone modern as well with a Diawa AG 6000 , Penn Affinity 8000 (coffee grinders)...

I will be visiting Umhlanga next week for a holiday and would like to take my daughter sea fishing, already heard you can only fish at the lighthouse or south. Where is the best place to buy bait and some fishing supllies in the area? :fishn Your speedy assistance would be appreciated.

I am going down to Jeffrey's  for the first 2 weeks in July. I need to know what type of fish I should go for as well as the bait I should use. I am an old Vaalie but enjoy North Natal coast surf fishing (Shad, Salmon, blacktail) on a social level. Thanx ;) Thorne
