This rod is an awesome piece of equipment, from Jbs to yellowtail. I am interested to know the history of its development. Extensive searches on the net do not offer much. It seems to be combatible for a spinning reel to a shark reel. Regards to all

Greetings All I have been informed that that the 20/40 retrieval can be improved fron 5,2:1 to 6.1:1 by changing the main gear and the pinion gear. Is this possible? Some advice would be appreciated Regards

Hi Folk Fishing in our area is quite rockey and we do tend to lose a bit of tackle. Following the threads a lot of guys fish with leaders. I was using .45 mainline with a .60-.70 leader and when catching africa the leader always snaps at the knot, bimini, figure 8, the "spyker", allbright etc...

Saw this in the local " enviro- friendly" retail outlet. This fish looks like a small white cracker selling as a large cob. The fins and tail had been removed. I initially thought is was a blacktail. Some comments and obseravations would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all I will be spinning off Orange rocks (Uvongo) from Sunday, targeting Garrick. I will be using an Exage 110h with a saltist 30 is this equipment suitable for the area or should we taclke up a little. Regards
