off limits or not ?

guys heres a question .

 

is round bush in the durban harbour open to us or is it permanently

closed off .

some say the fuzz is not so bad but some say

best place to go

I've never fished there, but I know people do...

As far as I know its off limits. Used to fish there and had some great action but that was about 10 years agnly know about the grass bank now ass you enter the yackt mall to the right and also to the left down about 500 meters or so facing N shed.
