Hi everyone and good luck to sealiners who is fishing right now,
my name is abdulrahman "adam" I have born on Jeddah city , Saudi Arabia and my home is 3 km far from Red Sea,So I grew up loving sea and when my grandfather introduced me to fishing when I was 6 Then I addicted to fishing & my Addiction lead me to purglas-pete and then to your wonderful community.
Now after doing my reading homework & surfing the topics I decided to be one of Sealiner if you will accept international membership.

I would like to custom build purglas blank 350 or 400? /4/5/6/7?
2 or 3 pieces?
last time I blowup my oldest rod which rated 250-300 gm near to 9-13 oz while I was casting 8 Oz
no bait! I am sure the rod broke due to my up-using for 11 years "Pilot 360 Korean brand" .

I would like to have rod for all around with enough backbone to fight big one "it happens" + tossing 8oz to 10 oz and bait like 20-30 cm mullet if necessary

The other rod for big fellas.

the most important is how much far the rod is going to cast the bait.

I am 69-71 kg and 170 cm
I cast my daiwa emblem 12' 5-8 " 1202XHFS 25-50lbs " an average spinning rod 80-110 us$
135 meter using .50mm mono and 4oz
110 meter using .50mm mono+leader.70mm and 6 0z
95 meter using .50mm mono+leader.70mm and 8 0z
casting style OTG ,Pendulum

Thanks in-advance to all members

I am sure the most obvious questions will be asked, so I'll ask it first: What do you intend to target?  Eds or In-Eds?

This will give the guys a better idea of what rod would suit you.

Our resident Purglass expert, Enigma, will be your best person to speak to as he builds beautiful rods for the guys here.

Hi and welcome to SealinE

I'm stuCk on the mobilE tonight so comms wilkl be slow

If you email me at sales@cds-angling.co.za we can chit chat about both the Purglas and Blue Marlin custom oiptions you are looing for

Information like

Line Class
Terrain fished
Target species
Lure type
Line used
Leader type and diameters
Guide types (Std, concept Lo-rider or K Series)

With custom rods it's a Carte Blanche shopping and design list to get just what you need to do the job.

I'm busy building 3 piece 640gr 4-7oz 13' Nulti-modulus rods for spinning reels featuring Fuji K series guides foir some Angolans and each has it's own unique look and feel in terms of customising but operates and functions the same
