Hi

I suppose from the chemistry point of view..the normal nylon is a polmer with an high extrusion speed . THe floro-carbon is a composition using a natural product which will be chemically cleaned..i.e carbon..and thus also the extrusion process will be a lot slower.therefore more cost...composite raw materials normally have more problems because of their different molecular structure.

Anyway that my 2 cents worth.

regards
