No .It was at Sards and it looked like a White.Looks like it could be full up there and I was not going to stick around.

Did you guys manage to fish and catch something ??

Seeing that the sea conditions are going to be big on the wildside tomorrow [12 - 14 ft

i am going to give it a go at Flatrocks and try for Elf and cob just behind the surfline ,lets meet early at about 4.30 and put in a couple hrs fishing

Anyone keen to join ?? :fishn

In 14 years fishing Sard I have never seen a white there. Were you on the water or did you see it from the dune? How was the surf after yesterdays big west.

I was just out the Duck Pond about 100m or so when I saw the shark.The swell at Sards is always big?I have spoken to a couple of guys I know that have dived at Sards and they have all said there are big sharks at Sards.

Just spoke to Malgas, we're gonna meet 4.30 at the pier tomo. We may paddle across to you guys at Flat rocks, but confirm pl confirm if you're there Vince. Otherwise depending on the wind, may go to try livebaiting at the harbour/ ledges area. Anyone welcome to join.

wife just  informed me ,got something on tomorrow morning ,Rog and i will meet on Sunday morn at Flat rocks 4.30 am  car park and give it a go

good luck tomorrow ,hope u and malgas get livebait and catch some descent Leeries

Apologies. Babysat until after midnight but still set alarm for 04:00. Woke up at 03:45, looked at weather and went back to bed. This was despite making traces, cleaning fishbox, and packing car previous night. Maybe will try Sunday as light NE forecast for morning.

I am there- more likely Sunday than Saturday. I am not sure which Bay the guys fished in on Sunday but on Saturaday I hit a blank in the Bay - we worked the ledges and even fishing the harbour mouth just off the working water. Must be a reflection of the fisherman...? Next time...

I got soldier, about size, and some small stuff all on the yozuri. As for the sard i was tossing in the white water at the harbour point, well i'm convinced the green fairy sprinkled fish-repellant all over it when i wasn't looking....:-(

Malgas , i can only fish Sat [wifes birthday bash sat evening] and there is no way i will be able to get up Sun morning

if the sea is flat maybe  give it a go at Noordhoek ?

Danie i dont know the spots at Hougham ,all i know is that  there are massive "SUBMARINES" cruising that area ???

Maybe Beerracuda can update us on the fishing on the wildside and Hougham park ??

Ok cool, I was just wondering about new areas, seeing that it's always Sards, Noordhoek or the Bay.

I'll be happy just to catch something decent again since I just caught Hammerheads in Plett over the holidays.
