Tigernuts

Morning all.

A question.

Tigernuts. How long do they last?

I have a whole bunch in a sealed glass jar. Old Cheese Spread jar. Seals Airtight.

They must be about 7 to 9 years old now.

Question, will these still be okay to use?

I know generally you need them to be a little "fermented" and have that nice milky liquid around them.

That is VERY old.I also put mine in an airtight glass jar, they usually start to ferment after 2 days if I don't freeze them.In short,I would definitely not use them.Rather make a new batch.
