Just curious as to why you are looking at such a big boat. Mooring boats also come with there own issues.

Lately boats in storage and at mooring in Durban have been targeted heavily by unscrupulous individuals steeling motors especially(in one case a 300HP motor was stolen, how they did can only be left to the imagination.

Very nice boats in the 17ft(The Yeld is an absolute beut) and 19ft even 21ft ranges available. Easy to trailer and launch.

When you get into the 24-30ft range things get a bit more complicated.

All the best with your search.

Hi ,
Don't really want to tow a boat around , want to be able to take more than 3 people , the idea is like sitting on a island in the shade watching your kids fish , while we relax 😀😀

If it ticks most of your boxes mouse, then I say go for it.

As long as there's a good history on the motors and the hull will do what you want it to. Boats appeal most to our own subjective impressions and at the end of the day, you are the one who will pay for it and use it.

There are a few nice bigger boats on the market at the moment including a nice looking Cobra 900 cat.

If you dont see anything you like (or maybe even if you do) then call Mark Gleed at excel marine Cape Town. He runs an online showroom and pretty much always knows whats on the market, what may come onto the market, etc. He also knows the histories of a lot of boats. He is always worth talking to.
