Sliding big baits using braid

HI Guys,

Just want to find out if anyone has had success in sliding baits out with braided line.

I have recently started fishing with a grinder and am not sure if sliding is possible using this tackle.

it is not the easiest thing to do.
we did manage to slide out live shad on 55lb berkely black velvet.
we did it by using side ways swinging motion instead of the normal up and down strokes.

a outgoing tide will be easier for you. incoming is another fox to tackle.
