Roodeplaat sunday

Hi guys. Planning on going to Roodeplaat this coming sunday, I want to try for blue kurper. I haven't been to Roodeplaat for about 16 years so have no clue as to where to go and how to get there. Please advise me where is the best place to go and directions if possible(coming from JHB) and best bait. Thank You

Not one of the easiest places to fish. Everyone I talk to says almond is THE flavour of Roodeplaat. A guy that goes there regularly told me he uses plain floaties dipped in BG(Champion Dips passionfruit) with CarpCreme(Supercast) on the bomb.

If you can get your lines in the marked area (reserve side) you should be getting fish.
