I've only fished Premeiras once and I seem to recall it was in July. But I reckon you should aim for the most stable time from a weather perspective rather than try to predict when the fish are eating. There's a lot of fish and lots of little reefs in that whole archipelago and you will always be guaranteed of something. But it's a bummer to have to lose fishing time because of a big blow out or because the sea is on it's head. Definitely avoid Cyclone season. My gut says anytime between May and mid Dec with the optimal being probably Sept/Oct.
