Postal round

I have seen quite a bit about guys fishing "postals" or "postal rounds"; what is this?

This refers to postal rounds of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Coastal Anglers Union. In the KZNCAU calendar there are 6 x "common venue" rounds and 8 x "postal" rounds. In common venue rounds, clubs fish at a designated time and area, decided by the KZNCAU. In postal rounds, clubs choose their own time to fish (6 consecutive hours, from Friday 20:00 to Sunday midnight), in a 1 mile area (from the Bashee river in EC to Kosi).

Thats a 10 mile area.
