SALTBAA stands for "South African Light Tackle Boat Angling Association" there you will find a list of all the active clubs in Sa.
I have fished LTB leagues and Interprovincial for many years now. The knowledge I have picked up through being active has improved my catch rate a hundred fold. I go fishing to catch fish and that is what LTB has done for me.

You can learn much from any club members. Only if they are prepared to share their knowledge.
I fished LTB for few years when at EL in the 70's and again for 10 years 1991-2001 . Did learn a lot from fellow anglers but also had to steal with the eye if they don't want to share their secrets !

Hi Guys,
Work's been keeping me from the more important things in life. What with my next little one arriving in two weeks time it seems as if this is gonna be a dry fishing season!
Haven't contacted the fs club as yet. will do so as soon as everything settles down a bit. Being a pig farmer means that you don't have a job but rather a way of life...
Anyhow, seeing as i'm not getting any fishing time, hope you guys have a fantastic fishing summer filled with personal bests!!!

So here's reviving an old thread.
Took me 8 years to get to contacting the guys in my area. Life happened and I waited for my sons to reach an appropriate age.....
Will be joining the LTB club in jan next year.
