Looking easily accessible fishing spot in and around Cape Town or False Bay

Hi

I'm looking for easily accessible fishing spots in and around Cape Town or False Bay. I used to go fishing a lot but broke my back years ago so that all stopped abruptly. I can walk now but climbing down cliffs, standing waste deep in the sea, etc. is not going to happen. So are there any fishing spots like harbours, lagoons, etc where it would be easy to go to and try to land some fish?

I haven't been that side recently, but no special permits apart from your normal angling permit were necessary the last time I was there.
