My favourite the Aftco roller troller flat line clip can be used varies applications. You can hang your live bait behind the back line with out the waves and currents effecting your kite line or your main line. I ordered mine from http://www.tackledirect.com The clips with the springs for attaching thingamajigs to your kite line i found at http://www.captharry.com The windmeter i bought from Mullers Kiting Fishing as well as the Dyneema braid. Speak to Willie he is always very helpful. I use the line meter sometimes to get an idea how far my kite is out.
The wire thing you see is a crude but simple way to attache things to your kite, tie a catspaw in the centre and your kite twice around on the ends, easy to remove if in a hurry. Kitefisher has a detailed and interesting description of how to use the roller troller in the kite fishing section. No Mr... lol
