This is a very basic, but very powerful application I stumbled onto recently. It’s small easy to download, install and most of all to understand. For all those BBC (Born before Computers) folks out there, if you can manage Sealine then this application is a breeze!

It cannot do all the fancy manipulation that PhotoShop, Coral, MS Picture Editor………can do, but for posting pics on Sealine it’s a Gem.

It does have excellent basic functions to play with and you can get a bit arty of some of them………have a fiddle.

What makes this little application great is the ability to take a 3-4 Meg photo down to 100 -200 KB while still retaining 50 – 100% of its original size and quality.[/b]

Here goes the tutorial!

If you want to crop the image down, simply left click and draw you’re cropping preference over the image.

Cropping often helps clarify your fish, removes pedestrians and also helps reduce image and file sizes.

If you don’t want to crop the image then skip image 5 and follow on from image 6[/b]
