Hopelik laat weet hulle my more.

Ek dink ek het my probleem opgelos.

cHRISTO, YOU CAN USE YOU ORIGINAL RECIPE, JUST ADD 200GR EGG POWDER TO 1.5KG OF MIX AND THE KEY THING THAT SEEMS TO BE MISSING IS COOKING OIL.

Sorry left the caps lock on

the oil lubricates the sausage so it does not break up coming out of the nozzle

the oil also cooks of in the cooking process and it is only in a small amount 4 tablespoons per kg

If you make the feed boilies without boiling and use the oil to separate make the sausage easier to handle then it won't have an effect on the fish. Marius and I fish these like this regularly without effect

Thanks Craig. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to boilie making.

How round does your boilies come out? Mine are still a bit dumbell shaped, but they throw quite far and straight with a 25mm cobra stick.

If i may ask, where do you buy the egg powder, semolina and soya flour? You can PM me if you don't want to post on the forum.

We get from commercial suppliers as we use about a ton of base in a quarter and egg powder up to 200kg

I'll pm you Marius's number and he can help.

The mechanised boilie roller makes the boilies unever and not completely round but I think I have sorted that out.

The machines I have 10, 12, 14, 18 and 20mm make boilies that are easily thrown with the boilie stick

Once I've\ sorted the prototype I'll let you know about a machine making nice round boilies
