Problem with kite fishing that far north is the wind. It is almost always onshore, NE, E, SE. During the day there is also too much activity in the bay. The wind in summer will normally turn offshore at well into the night. So will mean you need to fish through the night.
Some kites can be tacked quite severely into the wind which is a possibility for dropping baits with a ferry kite during the day.
I am sure somebody here must have tried it up there before and can give some feedback. You will never know until you try.
