Guys, things went a bit haywire a while back and we at admin were more than busy with all the alterations and updating of the different forums.

But the great news is that the monthly photo competition is up and running again.

Two prizes will be awarded monthly, Winner receives a Sealine shirt and runner up receives a Sealine cap.

 


Rules:



  1. Pictures must be TOPIC related. [/*]
  2. Must be taken by/ or of a Registered member of Sealine. [/*]
  3. Its not always the best photograph that wins, could be the best topic related pic. [/*]
  4. Concerning pics of captured fish - we pride ourselves in promoting Catch and Release, therefore: [/*]
    • all Angling regulations must be adhered to, [/*]
    • no pictures of dead fish will be considered, [/*]
    • no pictures of fish landed with gaffs will be considered,  [/*]
    • no pictures of any protected species will be accepted.
    [/*]
  5. Photos from the submissions each month will be chosen by the Sealine Team/Admin as finalists.   [/*]
  6. The Winner/Runner up will also be chosen by them on a voting system.  [/*]
  7. In the event of a tie, the Emperor's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. [/*]
  8. The winning picture will be awarded a SEALINE angling shirt and the runner up receives a Sealine Cap   [/*]
  9. No photoshopped or altered pictures allowed. [/*]
  10. Images should be submitted in 600pixels maximum dimension. [/*]
  11. Your Image should have a "Title" and a brief description.  [/*]
  12. No-one may win in consecutive months. [/*]
  13. Only 1 submission per member per month allowed. [/*]
  14. Submissions close on the last Friday of every month. [/*]
    • eg: For April, this would be 25th. [/*]
    • 3 finalists will be announced on the following Monday.

  15. Winners announced the following Monday.

Ok, let me start with this one. Jannes, a friend, was busy catching octopus when a wave caught him from behind. I was just on time to take the photo before he vanished under the water!!
