Getting started.......

Hi Everyone
I'm new to the forum as can be seen and am really enjoying reading the threads on it.And I have always been a DIY person and love fishing I would like to start making my own lures.I have an airbrush and as my grandfather owns a factory I have access to belt sanders,jig saws,dremel tools etc.

I would like to make molds and get resin as I would like to build saltwater lures for dorries,cuta etc.What must I get would appreciate it it if you could
specify what resin and equipment I need .

Buddy you have come to the right place, but as said above look around and search a bit.. There is a huge amount of information here. Especially look at topics and tutorials started by BennieJordaan, that stuff is pure gold and all you want to learn to do is already ducumented for us, step by step by that legendary fella in the stickies at the top of the DIY lure subforum. There is a lot of stuff hidden in past discussions and posts so look around. Lekker on the workshop ey, put it to good use.

Hi
Thanks for all the links,had a look at AMT composites and have sent in an enquiry.Is there anywhere in SA where you can buy unpainted lures?
