2011 was described by the most experienced Sardine Run veterans as being the worst year in memory, both from a bad weather and a lack of sardines viewpoint. Nonetheless I had a great time and managed a few decent images...

Offshore from Port St. Johns on the Wild Coast, between Brazen Head in the south and Waterfall Bluff in the north.
