fishing spots in and around cape town

Hi guys i am looking for some info on any fishing spots in and around cape town as i am new to the area. The prefered species would be cob elf steenie and any non eds. Youre help would be appreciated.

hi eugene try posting it under the saltwater section or have a read of the hotspots

thanks riaan will do. thats what happens when you try work and find a place to wet a line at the same time. Hows the fishing along the eastern cape coast at the moment at the moment ?

Not to bad, the ineds are here and I love it, now just the weather that is a little bad

i believe the guys have been getting a few good sized raggies and diamond rays along bluewaterbay and a couple of good sized cob have come out in and around the swartkops mouth. tell you what when i hear things like that i realy miss PE. I cant wait to take a weeks leave in feb and come do some serious fishing. Do you know if hougham park is still open to the public ?
