Difference in rod blanks.... or not?

Hi guys can anyone tell me if there is a difference in the Saltiga surf rods compared to the
Saltist surf rods???

Sales guys say that it is the same blanks used......

Upon navigating the net i find that the Saltiga is hmg graphite
and the Saltist is hvf (high volume fibre).

Probably a rod builder can clarify and share some light on this.

My opinion, the blanks are something similar but not the same blanks
