I've been wondering about Polyprion americanus for some time, my skipper could tell you how I've asked him in the past and I think he laughed me off a few..haha ja They have been described off our very deep and they must be somewhere out there..that is my take, someone is going to discover a fishery sometime, that is if the foreign trawlers or longliners haven't cleaned our stock we had already.
