There are a number of clubs in C/Town you could join.

I cand PM you a name and cell number of a friend of mine - I am sure he can hook you up.

Nowadays you can be a member of any Province - you don't have to reside there anymore (was only applicable for those competing in Nationals anyway). Many anglers want to be SASAA members to be able to claim records. You don't have to fish competitively to be a SASAA member - you will have to be a member of a SASAA affiliated club though. I can help you in this regard though.
