Aquaquad vs Jetski?

John - The aqua quad can take big surf. I have been in some heavy seas with no problem. The nice thing is that you classify as a boat and can go to all the places in the cape where they have banned Jet Skis. I understand a big problem at the moment. When you have your boat, let me know. Will send you some more pictures on the modifications to make this a very good fishing platform. If possible, go for a 40 motor. Surf launching easy. Suggest you install a rail and anchor point as per my boat as this is very handy during launching. Anchoring no problem if you have a connecting point in the front as mine. Only need a light rope as the quad is very light. Dont forget to post pictures.

Hi, I visited this topic as part of my research. Would like members to share their opinion or experience as to the aquaquad.

Seems like a good option for to use for fishing/scratching around Capetown. Will not use to launch from the surf (have a Corsa Bakkie to tow it) and I do no have a skippers licence (hope to get one) but like to know how it will handle a 15 hp motor (maybe a 2nd person from time to time)

Is there any storage space on board. What options available to kit it out with.

Much appreciated
