Amnesia line, where to buy.

I see tackletart has some, but only in 30lbs.
Where else can I get some in 40LB?

Guys, so there is no 40lb Amnesia line in this whole of South Africa
I am so tired of tangles. I really need this line to try out a rig I've seen here posted by deisel. It should work for me too, I hope.

If not, what else should I try as a replacement?

40lb Amnesia would be very thick for a full fluoro rig. If you're getting tangles you are doing something wrong.

I know, that is why I want to make changes.
The Amnesia will only be used for the boom section. The hooklink will be about 5cm long in braid, connected to the Amnesia via a swivel.

You're still going to experience tangles with that sort of rig even when using any sort of stiff boom. I've fished that rig, dropping with a boat it doesn't tangle, when casting it does. Get yourself some coated braid and I guarantee you the tangles will stop.

Are coated braid stiffer than the Amnesia?
I did built a full fluorocarbon hooklink to test out. The hair holding the bait is still braid. I am sure it would not tangle as easily as well, but its effectiveness in hooking a carp must be proven now. I have my doubts.
I'm using 17lb .38mm fluorocarbon for the hooklinks.

If you're still getting tangles with a full fluoro rig then something else is wrong. Maybe you should upload a picture of you're whole setup, rig, swivel, weight, leadcore etc.

I must still test the fluoro rigs I've built. It was never fished with before.
