Thanks, the cowsharks are around 2.5m - 3m long and there are quite a few around at the moment. They really are quite prehistoric looking but have a diet that includes seals and their known only predators are great whites, so they need to be treated with a little respect!

been doing much free diving since the course ,  how far into the reserve are those infanta pics taken looks awsome? i am going up for the long weekend and hoping for a little viz .Havent been up for ages so looking foward to it ,just got to get all the spiders out of the house before the wife ges there.

The cowshark pics were taken at Pyramid Rock just south of Millers Point. Yes you can see three in one pic, in fact there were over 15 in the water with us on one dive! I have seen up to 20 there before, it is a great spot...

Glad to hear the sinuses are working now... I'm also going up for that weekend and so are Tony, Graham and Justin, and all are super keen to dive so let's pray for some viz.

 

Pics were taken at the Rif, about 1km into the reserve.

Nice Photo of Cow Shark, cought 2 of them at Jacobsbaai, would love to dive there and take photos if one can find them!
