Does anyone know if it might be a good idea to bleed yellowtail like you would tuna? I'm just asking since a lot of the fish I have filleted have a lot of pink left in the flesh (not to mention the bloody mess when you clean them) which makes for not-so-nice sashimi.

I saw in an ad in skiboat, you can get up to 30% fuel savings using 4 bladed props. Any saving is better than nothing I suppose. I'm about to replace mine and thinking that might be the way to go.
