This morning I had the pleasure of capturing this kingfish Tag No. D133922 in the SouthBroom Lagoon. Unfortunately I did not have a tape measure handy, so the fish was released without measurements.

I see that one can collect Sea Urchins on a General Bait Licence. My Question is does anyone actually use them and what for? Why have it on the licence if it is not used?
