Hiya

I know of a 24' Kei Marine powered by 2x150hp Merc's and another 24'er Powered by 2x90hp etec's.

There are quite a few of them around. I've been out on one, which was a fairly bumpy ride, but the sea was too calm to really say how she handled. They do how-ever seem to be popular.

Hope that helps!!

Kei Used to make the 24 ft scorpion. Doesnt look quite like that (or at least nott he cabin). I fish on one regularly with 2x 115 yamaha's and another with 115 Johnsons. Bit bumpy, but solid. I guess I compare the ride to a cat.

This is the usual 24ft Kei.  They do ahve anchor hatches up front, and have a cabin etc. I have seen one or 2 with 85 yamahas onso 90;'s on a 21 ft would be fine.

I fished on a 24fy Kei for tuna for a few seasons, it was a great sea boat and we loaded quite a bit of fish on it quite easily! Only prob was that the deck eventually collapsed!

Ja, I've also got a 16-17foot Kei Marine and I tell you its such a soft ride, throws the water a mile away and keeps everyone dry on the boat!

The hull however does look different from the bigger Kei's.
