Stumbled across this packet of hooks, from the OK Bassars Nogals, priced at the princely sum of .......55 CENTS.
Now that takes you back sometime, irony is I actually started my retail career at the OK when they were still the retail giant and used to order in the stock from the reps.
I am amazed at the quality actually.

Those were the good old days.......thinking about it what does a box of matches cost ?

Enjoy the PH's folks I'm off to St Michaels, going to use some of those hooks for black tail etc lol.

In those days the shops did not need gennies either to prepare the pie and chips.....everything worked, no load bull SH....ing.
