Howzit guys,
Just put a little video together for you guys. I ordered the SPRO King Daddy a couple months back and was keen to see if the difference in size would produce better fish. This hollow-body frog is the "Daddy" of the original bronzeye frog. The frog's body is the size of my palm. It's a big, heavy and mean frog with very stout and sharp hooks.
Using it with the Sunline FX2 frogging braid was such a pleasure. The frog has a rattle inside and man, any size fish eats this frog. I caught a few 700grammers with it as well as fish up to 2.6kilos.
It's nowhere near the size of Billy's rat, with the body of the frog being 3.5" in length. The legs are an additional 3 or 3.5" though. Which makes for a large profile. I have never heard or seen of anyone in SA use this frog, but I highly recommend getting yourself 1 or 3.
