Morning every one.

I am from Tzaneen in limpopo. My interest actually lies in offshore fishing. I however know very little and decided to join you knowledgable guys.

Short tem goal for now is to get my offshore skippers.

My long term focus is to research and the setting up of a boat for offshore fishing from Port St Francis in search of Geelbek and Yellowtail.

For the last 20 years I have been going out on charters from there but the time has come for me to start doing my own thing, especially with my boys reaching the age where they want to fish all day every day whilst we are down there on our annual 4week December holidays

Funny how stuff works. I achieved my long term goal of getting a boat before I achieved my short term goal of doing my skippers. Go figure.

Bought myself a Gemini semirigid with 50hp Yamaha during December. More than enough space for me and my two sons.

Attended the coarse and wrote my Cat-E from sheltered launch test along with my eldest son. Have to complete some paperwork and time. Will be good to go by December 2016 for some serious fishing.

Can't wait.
