Ja, me and two buds bought a nice oldish bass boat about 4/5 months ago, so we also roam the waters these days.

Thinking of roodeplaat on Saturday in search of some mermaids, given up on bass in that water.

Sounds like a challenge,I shall be doing an exploratory cruise this weekend just to avail myself of my home-waters.Not very optimistic, but worth checking out, plenty carp of 2-2.5 kilos coming out, nice food for barbel. It is still a bit chilly here in the good old Free-State,but soon it will be time .

How's about we go for 20 kg's and only get allowed pics of 10 kg's and above to be posted.lol

I have visions of a group of 10 maybe 20 guys ,entering a challenge on a Friday afternoon, and boy if you dont have any pics uploaded by Monday afetrnoon,(freshly-dated,and time on pic obviously)then you're in for some carrots.
Must say I dig the "Whiska Whippers"
Now all I must find is one of those snazzy photo editing programs, where I can alter the date on some old pics.ha ha Fisherman are so honest. LOL
DUNNO WHY ,BUT SOMEHOW MY HANDS TREMBLE.

Fellow WHISKA WHIPPERS

I regret to inform thou ,that I have failed you dismally,my brothers,my quests this weekend not even worthy of a photo ,a mere sibling of only 22 lbs, 1000 grams away from your approval for a photo image,I beg for more time to prove I am worthy of this fellowship, and will endeavour with cunning and haste to meet your required standards, using much of my overdraft facility and lots of my idle time to comply.

I trust that you accept my apologies, and  I will unfortunately not render my resignation ,from this Elite band of brothers as yet .Summer is lurking around the mountains and vales.

I trust every other member ,have complied with our 10 kilo photo criteria, somehow I do not see any of these photos

RAG BAG ,RYAN ,MARNO  ET AL ,WHERE ART THOU
