I notice that many people like to use heat shrink tubing for their rigs and was wondering if it couldn't perhaps be toxic or a repellant?

After I have heated tubing to fit snug over wiring or whatever it gives off the most awful smell. Cant see that being ideal to attract Carp....

Hi Clintie

You need to use steam then there is no smell at all, works well for me.
