Sorry modes delete if you wish- I have had dealings with 3 companys in SA and all 3 have taken our money and run or supplied products we did not order- this is a concern as I would have thought things would be tight and companys would be bending over backwards for sales and customer service- I understand there are issues with freight from SA but its got to the point were people are talking about this and are not wanting to deal with SA- I think some people should not be in business- the lies, dishonesty,no contact- its rubbish- As a business owner I could and would not operate like this as I would go bust very quick(as a couple have already in SA)... its a shame as you guys have some very good products and they would do well - just some of the people representing them is the let down... I have spoken to a couple of other company's and the world and they are saying the same thing - why bother -

Up-Date

Well - 2 x companys have come to the party and sorted things which is great- I shall be buying from them in the future- how ever there is 1 company that is just ripping people off- spoke to a few guys now and they are also ripping a few SA guys off as well- I will give the company(well known person apparently in SA fishing) to Sunday to sort out things - if not I will name and shame and also post a few other things this company has sent via pm and emails- blaming every one else, this info will also be put on the forums , social media, linkedin - so come on I know you read this so sort it before it gets out of hand

Sad to hear, but why don't you name the companies, that way we will all know who not to deal with or who not to recommend to overseas buyers. Crooks comes in all shapes, sizes.....so yes I do agree with you, many overseas sellers (eBay) do NOT ship to SA. Again, I am sure many Saffas got ripped off too by overseas "legit" companies - so it works both ways.

If you don't mind share your experience in detail, perhaps someone on SL can assist you?

Agree - being in business along time and dealt with alot of company's around the world - some bad some good- being abill to sort most things out- how ever this time I've being lied to to many times- I shall name this guy very soon as now its just got to the point were its ridiculous, its a shame but thats life. The other company's I have dealt with in SA are great - a few teething problems to be expected but all good..
So stay tuned I shall put things together and post it all for you all to make up your own minds about what's gone on and still going on.. (t(do(wn)(t(do(wn)
